Bikram Yoga El Paseo

In August we launched our new website to reflect the ownership transfer of  Bikram Yoga Palm Desert!!  August’s website was a tribute to former owner  Denise Abraham,   and Bikram Yoga’s presence in our desert for the past 10 years!!

Bikram Yoga has become a lifestyle for many of us  who appreciate the healing benefits of the practice .    The core students are constantly reflecting on the gratitude  that our little studio remains  open.  A day hasn’t gone by where I have not heard comments reflecting  this appreciation   and this has been an amazing gift .

Now in our second month we Celebrate September with the arrival of our former Senior teacher , Stephen Kaleda!!!  Stephen makes his teaching debut on THURSDAY , SEPT.  6TH AT 4 PM!!!   OFFICIALLY WELCOME STEPHEN AND COME SWEAT IT OUT WITH US IN SEPTEMBER!!!

I often mention to students that  “opposite forces are at work” in our yoga practice.    Stephen joins Justin and Frank in a strong male  lead .   Ann Marie , Lina , Angeline, and  Sallie  round out the female force of the teaching team!!  We all have a different teaching style and presence that  give our students the dynamic and diversity that they deserve!!

Our first teachers meeting will be Sunday ,  Sept. 9th.  The entire teaching staff is bursting with fresh ideas that we hope to implement soon to continue to make Bikram Yoga Palm Desert the very special studio that it has become!!  See you in the hot room!!
