Bikram Yoga El Paseo Studio Owner, Ann Marie Palma turns her backyard Oasis into a Virtual Live Streaming outdoor Bikram Yoga studio so all of her Yogi Students can reconnect and join her near and far!

“We made it through our ‘Great Yoga Studio Flood ’ of 2017 And we will make it through this! Our Yoga Family is strong and resilient! We have Bengal Tiger strength and English Bulldog Determination!”   States Ann Marie in light of the Pandemic plaguing the world.

Complete with a spectacular Mountain and Double Fairway Golf Course and  pool views,   she Guides her  Yogis  through Live Streaming of  her Bikram Yoga Class.

Making the most of Covid-19 Restrictions on group gatherings she finds comfort in “keeping the gang” connected online!

After the classes started she was inundated with her  students reaching out to her to say that the classes were helping them with their stress levels and depression!  “I’m thrilled to be helping out my community during this tumultuous time of uncertainty,” states Palma.  “My   ‘Tribe’ is very special to me and I want them to be happy and healthy and feel safe. This is giving them a piece of normalcy in a not so normal world right now!”

While the camaraderie of these close knit members makes these classes extra special, this studio has always been known  for welcoming new students!

Keeping up this tradition, Ann Marie has opened up these classes To the public!
