Bikram Yoga El Paseo

BIKRAM YOGA PALM DESERT IS EXPLODING WITH NEW EXCITEMENT THESE DAYS .   As you should already know by now,  Senior teacher Stephen Kaleda is BACK!!  His packed 6 pm class today said it all!!  Thanks Stephen for an awesome class!! Just what we would have expected!!

I have to share a funny story with all of you that happened shortly after I announced Stephen’s pending return .  Two weeks after I assumed studio ownership I received and email from a core student.  He wrote ,  ” Dear Ann Marie ,  I came to practice at the studio earlier today and  I couldn’t believe the changes that you have already made in such a short time!!  Congratulations on your studio ownership!  Great job getting Stephen back too!!    Now all you need to do is get Jessica Alba back!”

I knew  EXACTLY who he was speaking about .  NOT the REAL Jessica Alba — Hollywood actress ,  but our very own born and raised Desert RAT ( a cute rat at that) – Lorraine Lopez !!!   Lorraine is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor and bears a striking resemblance to Jessica Alba!!   Lorraine is a traveling teacher that we all live vicariously though as she travels to such exotic lands as Thailand and Bali.  We follow her on Facebook.

I laughed when I got Jim’s email.  Fat chance in getting Lorraine back I thought!!

THEN ,  TWO DAYS LATER ,   I KID YOU NOT ,  I receive a facebook message from Lorraine .  She states she’s moving back to the desert and would love to teach back at  Bikram Yoga Palm Desert!!!   WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT???  I show Jim the email and joke :  “ASK  AND YOU SHALL RECIEVE!”  Talk about the power of the mind…………………..

I look at the schedule however,  and I’m full up with teachers.  I had had previous rumblings of bringing the Friday 6pm class back and started to think about it seriously ,   when TWO DAYS AFTER receiving Lorrraines message ,   I  have not one,  not two , but three students request directly  that I put the Friday 6 pm class  back on the schedule!!    I ask Lorraine if she would like to teach that spot!!  Her response:  YES !!   So I say to those students as well , “Ask and  YOU shall receive!!”

Welcome back LORRAINE LOPEZ!!   YOU HAVE MADE A  LOT OF PEOPLE VERY HAPPY !!   SEE YOU IN THE HOT ROOM!!

Come sweat it out with Lorraine as she rocks the house Friday nights at 6pm  starting  September 21st!!!
