BIKRAM YOGA PALM DESERT EL PASEO  wants to wish EVERYONE a HAPPY OCTOBER!!

As we continue to navigate this new venture not  knowing what is behind the next corner,   we welcome  this third month under new ownership with open arms!!!

So many exciting things are happening this month!!

We continue to follow our 2 trainees as they begin their  THIRD week of training……….almost a third of the way through girls!!! Go Wendy Price and Kristin Schwartzman !!    YOU  YOGINIS   ARE   AWESOME!!!   You have a lot of fans waiting for you back home!!

OCTOBER also brings us our FIRST ever 60 day Challenge!!   THIS IS A CHALLENGE  !!  It’s a real commitment to yourself and your fellow yogis   to see what you are made of and to bring your body and your yoga practice to the next level !!!!!

I’ve heard some say ,  “I don’t think I can do it .”   Bikram would say  if you tell yourself  “YOU CANT” then guess what :  ” YOU CANT” .  We can talk ourselves into or out of anything , so we might  as well talk positive to ourselves .

POSITIVE THOUGHTS REAP POSTIVE RESULTS!!!  Make October the month  of  ”  I  CAN ” !!!

October also brings us gifts of philantophy.

One of our  auto debit students has   sponsored 2 NEW STUDENTS  for a FULL  year of Auto debit  – paying for 50% of their yoga.  This student loves the yoga , loves our little studio ,  and wanted to give back in the mannor of treating those less fortunate!!   He had me pick the 2 students.  I knew I made the right choices when the look in their eyes was of disbelief and gratitude !! BOTH are so appreciative  of his kind and generous gesture!!!

This generous student has already done so much for the studio . Words cannot even begin to express my deepest appreciation!!

One of my dental patients has also given a generous donation.  Most of you have seen the beautiful new finish on the concrete at the entrance that our landlord just completed.  Now we are getting our landscaping replaced.  You will see a significant change in a short period of time!!   I will be able to add some really neat decorative sculptures to this new landscaping , compliments of my patient’s , ” studio warming ”  gift!!

Finally , 2 of our teachers have offered their time up very generously to add some key classes back on the schedule.  As of October  9th just in time for the challenge,  a new early morning class will be added at  6 AM TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.  WE will RETAIN MON/ WED/FRI  6:30 AM .  Check our full schedule for a complete class time/teacher list.  THANK YOU JUSTIN AND LINA for your most generous donation!!!

I have said  it all along .    This WILL BE  a collective effort!!  You dug your heels in ,  you did not want to see the studio close it doors, and you have stepped up to the plate right along with me to make it happen!!!!
