OCTOBER 14th is the final day to sign up for the 30/60 day challenge!!!  WE ARE MAKING A BIG DEAL ABOUT THIS FIRST CHALLENGE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP !! It’s going to be a blast.  Our first few days of the challenge have already shown heightened levels of high energy and excitement. What an awesome way to get your body and mind in pristine condition.  Practicing toward a common goal with your fellow Yogis/ Yoginis is great fun and rewarding!!
