Bikram Yoga El Paseo

On my walk to Starbucks this morning I was filled with such a sense of happiness!!  Breathing in the crisp cool air with the sunshine beaming around me   and  our awesome view of the mountains brought me right back to my first trip to Italy. 

I had De ja vu.  I reminisced about walking the hilly Tuscan countryside.  The air was crisp and cool and had the same smell as today. When I got closer to a small town, the cute little Italian baristos were busily starting out their days. The expresso makers were humming and the Italians were nodding ………….Buongiorno , Buongiorno!!! 

I miss Italy today –  but I am grateful for the crisp cool weather that fall has brought us!!  Thanksgiving is in a couple of weeks , Christmas is around the corner and it will be 2013 before we know it!! WOW!! Life has a way of marching on!!
