WOW!! TIME FLIES WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FUN!!!!…………….OR DOING BIKRAM YOGA……………..OR HAVING FUN DOING BIKRAM YOGA!!!!!

Fun??!!  YES!!!  Absolutely FUN!!     Thanks to an awesome group of  students ,  teachers,  and guest teachers  we never miss an opportunity to  HAVE   FUN!!!

Our  second thirty day challenge just ended  with amazing group energy  and  enormous pride !!   Yes it’s true :    We’ve got  the  GREAT  VIBE !!!  The momentum is with us  as we forge ahead into our 2nd year!!! Our thirty day challenge party has now turned into :  A  Challenge , Going away , Welcome home, and first anniversary   PARTY !!!!!!!   So much to celebrate!!!  We will have food , entertainment , raffle prizes ,  and an OPEN CALL  for our wall of fame.

OPEN CALL ??

Peeps have been asking  how they can  “MAKE” the wall of fame . Up to  now they were randomly selected by their effort and form in class.  ON  SATURDAY, JULY 13TH  AT OUR  (Challenge, going away , welcome home, first anniversary) PARTY we will give peeps  a  ONE TIME opportunity to stand on the podium (aka POOL PLATFORM) and show off their poses!!!   Feeling a little shy ????  Have a Diva Yogini or Bruces Bikram Boost  ( Now our official drinks of  BYPD- El Paseo Party’s!!)  JUST DON’T FALL INTO THE POOL …………

Bring your BATHING SUITS and a FUNNY STORY  to share as we honor the challengers,   say goodbye to Brooke and Kevin,  welcome back to Justin and Lina,  and  celebrate the  future plans of BYPD – El Paseo in the year ahead !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ll leave you with THE FIRST FUNNY STORY …..  I told this story  this  morning when we  took a trip down memory lane just before the  6:30am  class this morning.  At the party ,  remind ZABE McKIBBON  to relate the funny story she told this morning  with her  facial effects and  ALL !!

Here’s mine to the best of my recollection :        Our fun loving , product queen ,  star hair stylist ,    next door neighbor – SHERRY MESA-  brought a  “wonderful” new product to class one day.   A special  “cellulite removing cream” that worked even better when warmed.  IF WARM IS GOOD…….HOT MUST BE BETTER……RIGHT???  She had our attention .      Teacher , Stephen Kaleda was on board as well as many of us  students.  Stephen slathered it on his stomach . I on the back of my thighs , Sherry and a few others on their legs…….so exciting ………Class started……..the room started heating up ……..  It got hot , than Hotter , than  REALLY HOT !!  We were on fire…….no seriously-  ON FIRE…………..  our skin was burning like we were in an inferno.  When I absolutely could not stand it anymore,  I jumped out of a pose , turned in air  to flash my backside to the mirror to see if I had ANY THIGHS LEFT !!!!   When I did that  Stephen yelled,  ” I KNOW – I KNOW……. MY STOMACH is  ON FIRE” !!    With that everyone who had slathered the cream on began whining , itching ,scratching ,jumping around,  complaining……(It was quite the disruptive class)  Those that  did not apply the creme  stood dumfounded .    We were all in so much pain I’m not sure how we made it through the rest of class .  Stephen proceeded to give Sherry  ………’the look’ (as only Stephen can do ) and made it   PERFECTLY CLEAR  that this  CELLULITE CREAM was no longer a welcome guest in the studio. It was forever banned !!!        I was just happy I still had  thighs ……….Cellulite and all!!!!!        We’re still open to suggestion , just a little less gullible.  I  now use Sherry’s  hydrating hair oil !!  Seems to work  well and  painlessly  😉

Can’t wait to see you all at the party !!!!!!!   Until then , see you in the hot room………….sans cellulite cream!!
