Happy September Bikramites!!!!

Fall is quickly approaching and so is Bikram Yoga Teacher Training Certification Fall 2013!!!

This months cover picture is a tribute to Alix Spears as we send her off to teacher Training and wish her all the best!!! Alix’ beautiful Floor Bow Pose made our student wall of fame!!

As Alix goes off to learn how to become a Bikram Yoga instructor, I’m continuing my Bikram yoga journey as both a practitioner AND a teacher in beautiful Italy!! I’m writing this right now from my hotel.

After a 20 hour adventure I finally arrived in Milan !!! Good ol plane delays extended my travel time!! But Im here , enjoying a nice prosecco and thinking about my favorite Yogis!!!

This trip is both business and pleasure! A little continuing Ed with a special Bikram workshop, tied into a great vacation in one of my favorite places with a chance to visit with some friends!! Actually the more I think about it, it’s really pleasure with more pleasure!!

Most of my continuing Ed these days is a far cry from sitting in lectures regarding the latest treatment for periodontal (gum) disease, OR the most advance treatment modalities for tooth sensitivity!!

I hung up (most of) my scalers a year ago when a couple of incidences catapulted my life in a new direction!!! So now BUSINESS doesn’t really feel like “business” at all ! What could be more exciting than taking Bikram Yoga classes in ITALY ????

LEARNING !! Learning to deepen my own practice and to hone in on my own teaching skills!!! I CAN’T WAIT to absorb it all I can like a sponge and bring it back to all of you!!!
