‘TIS THE SEASON’

……..and I’m not talking about the upcoming Holidays.   THE  SEASON  is the next 6 months in the desert and we are almost in full swing!!!    There  are  so  many activities and fun stuff happening this season throughout our valley and right here  at  BIKRAM YOGA PALM DESERT – EL PASEO!!

All of the Bikram Yogis  are encouraged to participate!!!   So put on your yoga gear and come join the fun!!

Here’s  what’s  happening in   NOVEMBER:

KMIR news will be doing a segment on  “How to fight the Holiday Blues and Bulge,”    showcasing a Bikram Yoga class in session and interviewing some peeps on the amazing benefits of  this highly therapeutic yoga!  Stay tuned for the date and time of this class!!

Starting November 12th  and every Wednesday thereafter in NOVEMBER  we  are invited back to lead  outdoor yoga in the Sculpture Garden at the Palm Springs Art Museum in Palm Desert.   Grab your mat and join Ann Marie  and  Justin  as they lead the community in out door yoga in the beautiful setting of the sculpture garden during the  Farmer’s  market!!  (9am-10am  Every Wednesday in November)

 

 

On  November  13th,     A Charity Organization for  the PREGNANCY  REFUGE CENTER,  has organized  a   “LADIES  NIGHT OUT”    event.  Bikram Yoga Palm Desert -El Paseo  has been invited to be a part of this event.  Come see our brand new PROMO  video,  while you eat fabulous food donated by several of the valleys top restaurants.  Grab  a free martini  or a glass of wine  and talk about  the secret to complete health and well being:  BIKRAM YOGA .   TICKET  PROCEEDS  GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHARITY  and cost just  $12.50 each!   They are sold in pairs for $25  so bring a friend and join in on the fun all for a great cause!!  (TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT BYPD- EL PASEO)

JUST TWO DAY’S  LATER  (NOV  15th……….   THE DESERT WOMAN’S  ANNUAL SHOW ROLLS INTO TOWN.     (DON’T  WORRY  DUDES,  MEN CAN TAG ALONG TO ALL OF THESE  FABULOUS  WOMAN’S EVENTS!!!!)   Bikram Yoga Palm Desert – El Paseo will be demonstrating yoga poses on the  Garden stage  and answering questions about the benefits of Bikram Yoga  between  10 and 11am .    BYPD   joins   EVOLVE  YOGA  in   LaQuinta  for a joint  raffle prize:   The best of  BOTH worlds:   ” Some like it hot,  some like it  not.”    We will present  a  Diva Yogini  Gift  tote filled with Yoga gear and free Yoga  at   both  Bikram (hot) yoga   and   Evolve (vinyasa) yoga  studios!!        WOULD LOVE FOR OUR STUDENTS TO JOIN IN!!!

LATER THAT DAY  right  back  on the Garden Stage  is  the    ” Harley Davidson Fashion Show! ”      Ann Marie will be trading in her yoga gear for a pair of jeans as   she  and  the other models showcase  how one can be fashionable even on a Harley   😉

The Desert Woman’s  Show  continues  on  Sunday   and  the Garden stage  will  feature  Bronwyn Ison  from EVOLVE  YOGA to lead the peeps through yoga stretch.  A second joint effort  Yoga Tote gift basket will be raffled!!!    FREE  TICKETS FOR  BOTH DAYS AVAILABLE AT BYPD-EL PASEO!!
