Ann Marie, once again ,you are spot on. The practice is a miracle which promotes health, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I practice this style of yoga for ME. If we discounted everything in our world because the leader or the inventor made a bad, immoral or stupid choice, our history books would be almost blank.

No one is asking those of us who practice this amazing yoga to revere the man. I revere the practice.

I totally agree with you Ann Marie, well said. No one will disturb the Peace of my soul; nor take away the genius of Bikram’s 26/2.
My practice is between the 4 walls, 105 degrees, 40% humidity and me, especially at your studio. You and your team of teachers are fabulous.
What Bikram chooses to do in his life will not affect my practice.
Here’s to being calm and carrying ohm!

Great points Anne Marie, I asked the studio owner where i started my practice about Bikram’s legal issues and her comment was”He may of done some shitty things, but i have done some shitty things in my life, bottom line though is that he put together the best theuerputic yoga on the planet.” ( I PARAPHRASED BUT I WILL GIVE HER CREDIT fOR the pROFANITY)
